Certified Front Line Leader
Certified Front Line Leader Program
This program is designed for Project Managers wishing to improve knowledge and skill and Project Managers interested in building the foundation of knowledge necessary to prepare for the PMP® or CAPM® exams.
The discipline of project management plays a key role in the competitive, global business arena: one-fifth of the world's GDP, or $12 trillion, is spent on projects. According to a PricewaterhouseCoopers survey, 80% of high-performing projects use a credentialed project manager. According to the Project Management Institute (PMI) Salary Survey — Sixth Edition, a Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential increases your salary up to 20% more than your non-credentialed colleagues and peers.
PMI's Project Management Professional credentials, including the PMP® and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) are the most important industry-recognized certifications for project managers. Globally recognized and demanded, PMP® Certification demonstrates that you have the experience, education and competency to successfully lead and direct projects.
Our 3-day /24 hour program employs instructor-led delivery and practice exams that focus on preparing you with the knowledge required to pass the current CAPM® certification exams. The PMP® designation offers individuals worldwide recognition as a professional who has received Project Management certification, supported by core knowledge and understanding of critical Project Management concepts, principles and techniques. The CAPM® is a valuable entry-level certification for project practitioners. If you're a less experienced project practitioner looking to demonstrate your commitment to project management and stand out to potential employers, the CAPM® certification is right for you.
The CAPM Exam Prep for Project Managers course is an in-depth introduction to the foundations of project management alongside a concentration of the exam structure, grading system, and study strategies. Through this program students will explore the 5 Knowledge domains and 10 Knowledge areas addressed in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®), which the PMP exam is based on
